Vores hjerner er hele tiden klar til at reagere p\u00e5 trusler og farer, og negative tanker og bekymringer kan godt opfattes som farer, det er n\u00f8dvendigt at handle p\u00e5. Taknemmelighed foruds\u00e6tter, at vi er opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5, at alting kunne v\u00e6re og kan blive anderledes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taknemmelighed er ikke at f\u00f8le sig glad hele tiden, det er ikke en mirakelkur udsprunget af positiv psykologi. F\u00f8lelser kommer og g\u00e5r, og man kan sagtens gl\u00e6de sig over noget godt i sit liv uden at f\u00f8le sig glad i \u00f8jeblikket. Taknemmelighed er en indstilling, en m\u00e5de at se livet p\u00e5, som man aktivt kan opdyrke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized is-style-rounded\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coachingogtrivsel.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG_4158-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-739\" width=\"294\" height=\"94\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coachingogtrivsel.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG_4158-2.jpeg 731w, https:\/\/coachingogtrivsel.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG_4158-2-300x97.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 294px) 100vw, 294px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man kan v\u00e6re taknemmelig p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5der, og det kan v\u00e6re alt fra det lillebitte solstrejf til den k\u00e6mpestore k\u00e6rlighedserkl\u00e6ring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taknemmelighed og f\u00e6llesskab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der sker noget i os, n\u00e5r vi bliver mere opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5 gode ting, andre g\u00f8r for os, og det, som de er udtryk for. Det v\u00e6kker varme f\u00f8lelser i os og \u00f8nsker om, at det m\u00e5 g\u00e5 den anden godt. Taknemmelighed er en slags lim, der knytter os sammen. Utaknemmelighed sv\u00e6kker omvendt b\u00e5ndene mellem os og skaber afstand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det beh\u00f8ver ikke at v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at v\u00e6re taknemmelig. Man kan v\u00e6re det n\u00e5r som helst og hvor som helst.
