For nogle handler det om ikke at kunne leve op til nogle ydre betingelser og krav fra samfundet, skolen, for\u00e6ldre, vennerne og de digitale medier. For andre handler det om en travl hverdag, hvor man skal n\u00e5 en masse ting, og hvor der ikke er tid til pauser og tid til at restituere. For andre igen udl\u00f8ses stress p\u00e5 grund af problemer i hjemmet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapporterne har unders\u00f8gt, hvilke faktorer der bidrager til, at b\u00f8rn og unge f\u00f8ler sig stressede, og hvordan presset i skolen kan mindskes. Det er sket gennem sp\u00f8rgeskemaunders\u00f8gelser og interviews med elever, og resultaterne er diskuteret med eksperter fra bl.a. Kroppen g\u00e5r i alarmberedskab og sk\u00e6rper vores sanser og g\u00f8r os i stand til at handle hurtigt som i en kamp\/flugt tilstand. Det kan f.eks. v\u00e6re i situationer med deadline p\u00e5 en opgave, eller hvis man en enkelt dag sover over sig. Der er ro p\u00e5 kroppen og nervesystemet. B\u00f8rnene f\u00f8ler sig trygge og kan regulere sig selv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det velregulerede barn kan bev\u00e6ge sig fleksibelt i hele skalaen og det har strategier til at komme fra h\u00f8j eller lav arousal og tilbage til tolerancevinduet i midten. Det g\u00e5r ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis over af sig selv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tegn p\u00e5 stress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tegnene p\u00e5 stress hos b\u00f8rn og unge kan vise sig b\u00e5de kropsligt, psykisk og adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssigt. Kig nysgerrigt p\u00e5 de forskellige omr\u00e5der af barnets liv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tilpas<\/strong> de aktuelle krav til barnet, og inddrag barnet i at definere, hvad et tilpas krav er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inddrag<\/strong> barnets f\u00e6llesskaber og evt. skolen i probleml\u00f8sningen.
